I hate the way I feel on 13 Ct from Xanax for 6 months .5 3 x daily use. Should I reinstate the Xanax and work on slowly tapering? I’m reading lots of stories on how Ct is worse than tapering. I’m only scared of tapering due to all those other symptoms I’m reading about which I haven’t endured. My only issues are no sleep, anxiety, delirium, fear and don’t wanna face anyone or resolve and issues.

it says the timeline for reinstating is 30 days. hang in there for one more week and reinstate if it is too tough.
