Horrible visceral feelings

I’m wondering if other people get horrible emotions in their chest and or in their gut?  Waves of awful feelings?  Thanks to anyone who replies.

Just a general feeling of unwellness . Often it comes with nausea,often at night and i think of the ER. But what will I tell them? I feel weird in the chest and stomach. In the early days, I called it, my I’m gonna die feeling. but I am 67 and still here. This feeling has came upon me a dozen times since my withdrawal began. God bless music 60.
