Insomnia Suggestions

What are your experiences with medications for the insomnia? I have trazadone, hydroxyzine and amitriptyline from my doctor I’m not sure which is less likely to mess with me

I use trazedone but my NP dosed me too high. 25-50 mgs should do it. I have PTSD wround not sleeping since when I was cold turkey'd in a well known rehab, I did not sleep for eight days because I refused to add seroquel. I finally did add a low dose of seroquel to the low dose of trazedone then and later tapered off of them with a compounding pharmacy
