This may be true for some, but not all, I'm one of the lucky ones who recovered completely, I hope you will too.

Thanks. At near 7years after an extreme setback...  i have my doubts. But maybe hopefully .. one day... eventually. 😔

We have to remain vigilant about setbacks even a decade off aswell.

Meds and stress 

I’m starting to believe that too. I got to a certain point then stopped healing. Since then I have had a few setbacks. Which I am in another one now.
