Nausea after eating

Ive been having a pretty good few days thankfully. Seems like its been a long window since ive been holding. Ill be extremely grateful if every cut goes like this but still absolutely expecting the worst. I would say im def ready for a cut but my next cut will be in a little less than two weeks (i have an event out of state coming up that i went to hopefully feel good for). I think making the cuts on Thursday/friday help because since xanax is so short acting, i expect to see the effects of the withdrawal the following day or so and i have the weekend to just do nothing if necessary. 

i was feeling pretty good all day, even went out shopping by myself a few times  but then....I was cooking dinner and i ate a little more than i guess i should have, then the nausea followed about 10-15 minutes after. Seems like little portions are totally the way to go.

Also super excited, my husband asked me how i plan on tapering and since i cant do the math with the pills to save my life, he will be doing all of them for me! Super thankful.
