Severe Neuro Gut Pain/Pressure/Bloating

Has anyone had this when they destabilized/crashed while tapering and does it settle down if you hold/restabilize. I got it when I changed brands and it won’t let up. It came on instantly. Im still tapering at .160k (currently holding) and didn’t experience this at all before. The nerves are hyper sensitized and everything squeezes and hurts and burns all the time. Makes me feel like I’m gonna pass out. I’m in agony and can hardly eat for two months. It never really leaves and is all I think about 24/7. I know people get this when they jump but I didn’t have it while tapering and now it’s a 10/10.
