For 20 years now every time I get aniexty my tics are really bad I keep cracking my neck so bad that c3 c4 in my neck are very damaged I have osteoporosis  now. I am starting to crack my right wrist now I am scared I am going to break it or something bad going to happen. I am fine when I don't have aniexty. I am scared after my last dose and taper I will hurt my wrist my neck is already really messed up.
