Did anyone have symptoms the entire taper ? I suspect I was in tolerance or suffering from inter dose withdrawals for a while (I only dose at night to sleep). 
 

I just started lowering my dose again but I have been experiencing terrible fatigue brain fog and headaches through this whole thing. I never have a day without . Is that normal ? It’s so hard to function properly and focus and I’m not sure if it should switch from Xanax to Valium or just keep tapering away. I just want to have a clear head again 😔
