Nausea short breath swallowing six months

I am damaged have head hurts so bad gastroparesis swallowing esophageal nausea acalasia and can’t eat - reflux is so bad blurred eyes this is six months I’ve asked for home health nothing tastes right and scared confused sweats - my eyes are very damaged 

anyone else have a hard time at this point I think I’m dieing

Yes, almost everyone on this forum suffered with multiple symptoms and many were or felt debilitating.  You are not alone.  You will heal.  It just takes a lot more time than we would like it to, but you WILL get past this.
