Reinstatement even if the drug turned paradoxal?

My Dystonia is out of control. 
It is not only tight muscles but pulling head to toe. 
pulling and putting my postufe in a very unhealthy way therefore my spine turned into this s shape. 
Also I am not able to stand anymore. 
I can only lay down. 9.5 months off 

excruciating pains.

 

I am thinking about reinstatement on a low dose. Like 0.25 Xanax only thing I am afraid of is that I will have interpose wd very quick 

Is there something who had a good experience with reinstatement
