BIND versus fibromyalgia

How do people know if they are suffering from BIND versus fibromyalgia?

Seems like they are very similar and would be hard to tell apart.

Fibro in my opinion is caused by things such as BIND, other drug damage and many different things. Doctors don’t believe in protracted wd or iatrogenic damage so they tell you you have fibromyalgia to put a label on it.
