Has anyone experience screaming while going through withdrawals?

Absolutely, I have screamed at everything that has walked crawled or even flew over my head even screaming at myself in the mirror. It’s a rage. I’ve never experienced in my life but it is improved tremendously. Don’t know where the anger comes from. I’ve never been an angry person, but I know I’ll be glad when it’s gone wishing you the best in recovery.

This is one of my MANY questions about benzos. WHY do I feel SO much rage? I have never felt so much rage and irritability. It makes me sad, because I'm normally a very happy content amicable person, but wow... the rage. It comes from somewhere so deep within me.

@[ia...] just saw your message. Thanks for answering.  I tend to scream more like a panic scream. I sound like a animal sometimes and I say "no oh no" my husband thinks it's just my anxiety Gad. He thinks once the medication wears off that it's my anxiety coming back.
