Is it wise to drink wine while your in withdrawals.? Had little bit. But not sure if I'm having a reaction . Definitely won't do that again.

Alcohol affects the same receptors as benzodiazepines, this is why alcoholics are given benzo’s when they enter rehab to keep them from seizing, alcohol is sometimes called liquid benzo’s.  

Most of our members have to stay away from alcohol until they’re recovered, some have been able to have a glass of wine but others have reported severe setbacks caused by it.

You’ve put a lot of information into your profile history, you could let them know they can see your story there.  Is that the kind of story you’re talking about?
