Toxic naps

Can someone tell me if this is 'normal' wd or part of aka. Falling asleep for literally seconds and waking up with intense pins and needles everywhere and extreme locked up joints. It seems to be getting worse for me 😭

I was never able to nap but I’ve sure read a lot of members discussing them.  I just used the search function and there a many posts and threads describing this, you might want to search but I’m sure others will stop by.
