Can you get addicted to Benzo after 50 times use over a period  of 4 months. ? 

I'm on 0.5 mil of Klonopin. Which I've only used 5 time. Prior to that i was an Ativan.  

I recently spoke to a psychiatrist in September 2023 he switched me to Klonopin,but want me to start Zoloft. How would I taper from 0.5 mil of Klonopin.? I don't know what to do.

Hi @[st...] are you dosing daily now?   It doesn't take long  (few weeks) for dependency to set in with benzodiazepines, even with sporadic use.
 

I have moved one of your posts to the taper board, you should get some help/advice.
