Still tapering

Hi everyone.. im still in my early tapering of xanax but was wondering if anyone has felt a hot rush through the body and get lightheaded to the point i feel like im going to pass out. I always carry water with me now and it helps but i noticed this used to happen (not often) between doses before i started tapering off the xanax. I went to the ER the first time it happened and they gave me an IV and i felt better. All test results came back normal. Just wondering if anyone had or heard of anyone else thats dealt with this.
