This is very common for withdrawal. Everything we see seems different. I remember going to the music store after my required cold turkey for a medical test. Nothing looked normal and I even had to ask my husband if I looked normal.

This symptom eased up after my taper and jump off. In fact, as I healed the world looked better and better to me. I remember cycling in the fall and totally appreciating the beauty of the fall colors. The loveliness of nature was more prevalent than even before benzos. Give it some time and try to distract from these issues.
