Premier protein drinks

I thought i was far enough out to have premier protein drink. Boy was I wrong. 5 minutes later I have bowl issues, hearts racing, skins burning, panic feeling, tingl face. I'm fine when I have whey protein isolated. I wanted to try this because it's easy to take on the go. It's filled with loadeds of vitamins ext. Still to sensitive at 20 months.

Gosh, don't you hate it, when something that will make easier...backfires. I wonder if it had sugar alcohol as the sweetener? or just a lot of sugar. Best bet as you know now, stay with what you know and your body can handle. There are portable mixers that you can take along with you, if that will help. 💖Peace and Healing.

It has lots of vitamins and supplements In it. I'm sure that's what did it
