Panic and bad fear over my health. I cannot calm down.

I cannot calm down. I've spend thousands of dollars in the last 4.5 yrs and my life is going nowhere. I can't lose more, and spend more $ to get my quality of life back.

I'm leaving for vacation on the 14th, praying I feel some relief. New waves of Covid are now popping up I hope I'm not sick.  I just want to relax and be happy.

It’s crap isn’t it? Sorry I can’t be a huge help but I feel much the same much of the time…hopefully we all get strength to endure until it eventually passes…hard to believe these things can last so long…
