Hello @[Co...], Welcome back to Benzobuddies

I am sorry for what you are going through, I know its scary, but you will be okay, i promise you. Withdrawal from benzodiazepines can be a difficult process, the good news is you will get better.  You will get lots of support and encouragement to help you through this process . It is generally recommended to reduce by no more than 5-10% every 10-14 days. However, this can be too fast for many.  Depending on how you feel, its okay to slow it down, taper at a rate that is comfortable.

Having some withdrawal symptoms is normal. Be positive and be patient, acceptance is key, accept that this process will take some time.  Accept that what you are going through is temporary.  Distraction works, focus on anything but withdrawal symptoms, and push through it.

The Ashton Manual  provides a great deal of help and information that can be very reassuring during any stage of this process.   Check out the common symptoms in ]CHAPTER III https://benzo.org.uk/manual/bzcha03.htm
