Is a bit of paranoia normal for one in withdrawal - because it's awful!! I really need to know. Thanks.

I had it at work and it made me behave in ways that were so foreign to me, I look back on that time and don’t recognize who I was.  It’s amazing how complete the devastation is but when we recover, it vanishes.

Pam, it's really awful isn't it? Taper's almost done. I wonder if I'll be normal again.

Oh my goodness yes, you’ll be you again.  I know the benzo lies are powerful but you’ll emerge from this a wiser person grateful to be well again.  When I recovered, it was such a high, the simplest things gave me so much pleasure, this is what is waiting for you.
