Extreme exhaustion

I cannot keep my eyes open. I am on day 4 of a drop. It’s either crying or sleep. Is exhaustion a normal symptom?

Yes, exhaustion can be a symptom.   If you have just made a reduction in your dose I would think the exhaustion would be related.

I am hoping so. I’m so tired, and sad and anxious all in one. I can’t believe humans are supposed to survive this.

They’re not supposed to go through it in the first place.  God didn’t make benzos.

Yes, exhaustion is a symptom.  It’s one of my worst.  Feels like I’ve gone days without sleep, yet I typically sleep 6-7 hours.  On the couch barely able to move some days it’s so bad.

I have struggled with exhaustion and fatigue throughout my w/d, even when getting enough sleep.
