Hydroxyzine for Benzo Belly?

Yesterday I tried 10mg of Hydroxyzine around 11am and within an hour or two my abdominal discomfort lessened significantly and hardly felt it the rest of the day. My mood also increased and I felt less depressed. I did feel a little anxious when I first took it but overall I felt better. Also last night I had an amazing sleep and woke up relaxed, this happened well after the sedative effects of an antihistamine would have been there. I never felt sedated on it, it’s a low dose but it seemed to calm something down. Maybe there is a histamine connection afterall. This wasn’t a perfect solution but I can’t ignore the impact. Might try it again tomorrow.

Thank you for sharing this. So glad you had some relief. Would you keep updating about this? I have significant histamine issues and am struggling with lots of digestive issues. Relief like you describe would be lovely. Anna
