DP/DR

I know I have severe DP/DR. Is this the reason my thoughts seem distant and delayed? I also have the sense that when I lay down my head is moving and rocking but on looking it's actually still. What is this please?

I think the head movement feeling is vertigo. I get it too. Sometimes I have to hold the side of my bed while lying in it, feeling like I'm tipping out of it.

My DPDR always comes with head and neck pressure,  popping and cracking noises in head and neck,  and often my vision is blurry.

A very hot shower on the back of my head and tilting  it back send to help a little. 

For the bad DPDR I have found it helpful to keep noise and lights low. I use a heating pad in bed.  I put ear plugs in and try to get comfortable.
