Hi Everyone,

Last night was the first night I have not taken clonazepam.  I don't feel any different and it will be nice when I don't think I've forgotten something by not taking it.  I sped things up a little bit towards the end, trying to keep roughly within Ashton valium equivalent reductions.  I just could not see the benefit of continuing to weigh and make up the tiny doses.  My main symptom through it all has been depression and that is still with me.  I am most excited and hopeful of that beginning to improve as healing can begin now.

Way to go!!!   That is a great accomplishment.    Keep reaching out here and letting us know how you are doing.
