Is stomach issue also bwd?

My stomach is burning all time. 

I feel that my linings are damaged. 

Is it withdrawal or something dangerous going on? I'm stressed that it could be a disease.. 

Doctor recommend colonoscopy, but during withdrawal I cannot do such a tiring and invasive process.

I am new to this,  unfortunately,  but gastrointestinal symptoms are in my top 3 worst. I used to wear 42 inch waist pants. Now I can't fit anything and bought 3x boxers to wear around the house.
