Getting better but worse episodes anyone?

So I'm getting better... I feel I'm getting better, I have mild waves throughout the day whuch dint last long. I'm having older symptoms come back which is disheartening a little... My problem is every 3-4 days it seems like I'm having these mega waves where its a symptom that isn't a stranger but holy are they debilitating. Is this somewhat common is? I'm currently 30 months post C/T Ativan 1mg.

I’m only 11 months out and going through something very similar. I sure hope I don’t have to go through that for 30 months I’m hoping to heal between one and two years wish you the best.
