building muscle

can you build muscla strength mass bacj during tapering? seems to be mixed opinions. everytime i try it activates the wrong muscles

Hey! 

I don't really know what you want to hear but if you want to hear only positive things.. Keep on trying, you have to push yourself harder than ever to maybe see 1% gain and go at it for months instead of days or weeks.
