Hi there

 

Was just wondering if there was anyone out there I could message who has been through this I could really use someone.

 

I was on Zopiclone for a year then started abusing them over the last month. I've been detoxed off with valium.

Just need someone to check in with when it gets rough.

How long has it been since the Valium detox? What symptoms are you experiencing? I know these withdrawal symptoms can be really tough. We have a very supportive community you can reach out to - just start a thread. You can also join the Chat.

Thanks Jelly baby. I was detoxed over 3 weeks. 😊

Symptoms I probably don't want to obsess too much about as my brain just goes into full blown when I talk about them.

 

I'll join the chat though...is it mainly positive? As I've only been sticking to the success stories at present xx
