So I’m 17 months off Valium after CT, I have used 3.75 zopiclone for the past 5 days for lack of sleep. Will this set me back ?

Even if was only 5 days do you think you should taper it for 5 days, just to be careful? I don’t believe there’s a concrete answer unfortunately…
