Anybody plagued by resentment? I'm stuck!

 Is anyone else feeling angry and resentful? I think about everything over and over. I'm really stuck and can't imagine an end. Any thoughts please!!! I'm very mad but I cry all the time, too. Much thanks.

I am less angry. Still very frustrated and resentful but I left my most angry triggers behind. I am also stuck and cannot imagine an end either. I wish I could cry. I hope I can soon. I threw things around to deal with the anger when it was insane rage. Like tennis balls. I hope it helps you.

I had no idea that benzos would ruin my life, and I'm just starting to realize the damage. So yeah, I'm kinda angry too.  But I did it to myself.  I can't really blame a doctor or anyone.

Just like you, I can't imagine an end.  One day at a time, and we'll get through this.
