headaches

One year off benzos. Still miserable. Dizziness all the time. Latly though i have been dealing with pressure type headaches. Have anyone in here have that also. Been about a month now.Would love to hear if its another symptom of healing.

Dizziness is one of my main symptoms now and has been for about a month. I have episodes of extremely severe dizziness which are terrifying, really terrifying.

I have also had head pain since the start. It's like pressure and it can get more intense when i bend over or cough.

are u off benzos birdypie and for how long. my dizziness is just about every day now since i went off. The headaches are new about 1 month.

Yes I cold turkeyed 1st January. Dizziness was rare for me but now it's daily.

The pressure/vice grip head sensations are extremely common.
