Anniversary waves

Does anyone have a wave around the same time ever year.   My July/August are always rough and that is around the time I first started experiencing withdrawal symptoms.  Weird.   I am pretty sure I have asked this question before.

I am 40 months out and currently in a wave that is pretty intense.

Is it the heat?  My worst time was winter when I was recovering but the big difference between your story and mine is, I only lived through one.

I will be 43 months Benzo free in a couple of days, and I’m going through an intense wave. I hope we both feel better soon.

I am also in a bad wave at 40 months and just tested positive for another UTI, which I thought was cured three weeks ago!  Petrified of antibiotics as I have a bad reaction to most of them!!!!   Please may we all heal!

I’m hanging in there, but discouraged with this current wave. I know it will pass, but it is quite the challenge.

Sandy is now Nannycakes!  Love your new name, but very sorry you are in a wave!  If you like, pm me and share the particulars of your wave.  Also, I have a question for you re female issues, better to keep it between us girls.
