Feel horrible after eating

Just thought I'd mention one thing I've found. I don't know if it's just my body or not, but with every meal I eat something raw, fruit of veggie. I've noticed that the burning jitters and flareup after eating can be lightened that way. My guess—and it's not a highly educated one—is that more naturally-occurring enzymes are released in my gut to aid digestion and absorption.

 

My kids want me to do intermittent fasting or high keto. Others want me to go to their nutritionist; others have doctors they recommend that 'think out of the box'. But for some reason, the only thing that's helped (I did try something called Histaresist but it gave me RLS at night) is eating raw fruits/veggies with meals. Who knew?
