•Attacks on a person's professional character or standing;

•Allegations that an unmarried person is unchaste;

•Allegations that a person is infected with a sexually transmitted disease;

•Allegations that the person has committed a crime of moral turpitude

These are the types of defamation that are typically actionable.

If you are a public figure, however, these don't necessarily apply and is an exception to the rule.  The defense against this tort is the truth.  In other words, defamantion has a "lying" concept behind it.

You are correct to e=mc squared.

Why is the sky blue...actually the sky can be many colors.  At sunset, you will see red being refracted everywhere.

Sky being blue(this is a cut and paste too) Sunlight reaches Earth's atmosphere and is scattered in all directions by all the gases and particles in the air. Blue light is scattered in all directions by the tiny molecules of air in Earth's atmosphere. Blue is scattered more than other colors because it travels as shorter, smaller waves. This is why we see a blue sky most of the time.

You are correct on the third law of motion.

Trivia, to the first one..I know Einstien had some type of disorder. So I will say true.

Napoleon a red head?  He was born in Corsica and his paintings never seem to depict him as such so if the question is that is the statement in its entirty is true, then I think the answer is false.

Reading Railroad, B & O, Pacific?  dont remember the others.

I believe sawbones was referring to doctors.  As on the battlefields that is what they did a lot of.

Mohican...I'm gonna guess New York.

Are egg yolks good for you....depends on who you ask....the probably contain a great deal of cholestorol and fats...but if you ask me, they are not better then the egg whites but I do think they are good for you in moderation.

Howdy doody was a puppet, dont know the voice, though.

Jersy shore, never watch but the shows I have seen I was say 23.  a guess

PJ

Coral is made of calcium carbonate

The crystal form of boron nitride is harder than diamonds - ( hubby told me this one he's a science oriented type)

Although diamond is the hardest substance it still has a brittle nature & can be sheared.

The ulna & the radius are the two bones that extend to the wrist.

Hi PJ

I knew the merry go round one because I remembered a photo of my son on one.

Good job, girls :)

The first president to be interviewed by "Rolling Stone" was Pres. Clinton.

True: commercial jets take-off and land at about 160 mph.

It's true, but very sad, many children choke to death swallowing a balloon. Hot dogs and grapes also pose a

            significant choking hazard.

I believe there are 8 bits in a byte.

Since a green house is different from a Greenhouse...I'm gonna say wood plastic and/or glass.

Cows drink water.

Don't know the tree.

I believe the vitamin c question is true.
