levsin (HYOSCYAMINE), anyone?

I was just prescribed levsin to help the gastric distress I'm having from a suspected intestinal bug.  Naturally I'm afraid to take it.

Does anyone have any experience with it?

Hi Ginger,

 

I took that over the summer when I had giardia. It worked well and the only thing that I can remember as far as side effects was that it made my heart race a little bit. Hope that helps and that you feel better soon.
