Anyone have spasm in front of neck?

I have this weird sxs, where my neck hurts only on one side in the front and it itches. I know that my ribs itch alot because I've got intercostsl neuralgia during wd. Anyone have this.....it comes and goes. It was gone for months then came back.....it must be either a muscle spasm or nerve pain...

Right side of neck, back of neck and front mostly on right side and up under chin and only jaw.
