Hey all,

 

My window from this last weekend was so great. And I wanted to share that it’s still going. My symptoms are 95% gone.

My PVCs don’t shake me to my core. I barely feel them. They’re like little blips again- not a big deal.

My social anxiety is pretty bad. But my physical symptoms are giving me a break/relief that I have much to be grateful for.

 

 

I want to thank you all for the support. I have been working harder at being more stress free and choosing my battles with what to worry about.

 

Sending you all love. Until my next wave! Hopefully they get less intense.
