Starting my second journey into a taper .

Have been using 1mg xanax daily (pm only) for approximately 1 year ,I'm two weeks into my taper using the micro taper direct dry cut method with a long road ahead.

I'm glad you are joining our community.  Goodness, I'm sorry to hear you are into a second taper!  Support is such as important aspect of this process, good that you recognize that and have come here.
