Wanted to give you some hope

I still have a few annoying symptoms

However, here’s something huge that’s happened to me.

Last year I could not drive on highways. I was too dizzy. It was terrifying.

In the last few months I’ve been driving and it’s been FUN. No dizziness at all anymore.

My only symptoms left are awareness of my heartbeat

uncomfortable PVC’s when super stressed and sometimes after eating (irritated vagus nerve?)

Cold spot sensations like cold water runs down my arm (nerve irritation?)

OCD about health anxiety (which honesty might just be because this whole experience has been traumatic).

Little appetite during stress

I CT’d 2.5 years ago. I had 40+ symptoms for years.

The fact that I don’t get dizzy anymore is amazing

Its so good that you can look back and see your progress...even if  you still have some struggles.

Looking forward to the day when you post those are gone too.

How did you start driving on the highway again? Did you just jump in the car and just go for it? I have that problem still after 32 months. I can drive coming back from my destination but have to get someone to drive me to my destination. It is strange because driving use to be my way of relaxing. Glad you are doing better. If I was not so sensitive to stress and driving on the highway, adrenaline rushing and burning skin, I would consider myself

healed. Things are getting better so I am waiting patiently.

Preacher,

So I waited until the dizziness stopped - and then I began trying again.

I used to be so dizzy I could barely walk straight let alone drive.

I get adrenaline rushes but I have learned to ignore them or stop them quickly. So maybe they’re not as severe anymore.

I’m 31 months. I still have symptoms but the dizziness is gone!

Great news Meganz.  So good to see some symptoms disappear, it gives real hope and certainty that we we will all recover eventually.

Congratulations on little Graham.  ❤️

Meganz,

I had a sensation,  yesterday, that I had a piece of ice on my arm. I was drinking a fountain drink and thought I dropped a peice of ice on my arm, but nothing was there. It was not that big a deal, but definitely a weird feeling.
