What are you doing for it?

How long did it last?

How far into recovery were u when it started?

Basically any information is helpful

 

 

Mine has been here throughout my taper process to some degree. I take a Beta blocker but it doesnt help much...I basically lay in bed out of fear all day long and sometimes I get a break at night
