Stress and cold sensation

Hey guys

I’ve been doing so well. Very minimal symptoms.

But as of late I’ve been extremely stressed out.

Like super duper stressed

And what I’ve noticed is that I feel cold sensations. Are these neurological?

 

Today I feel like there’s moving ice packs roaming around my body. One second my lips feel cold, then the back of my arms, but then it moves to my hands and fingers. Now it’s on my shins. I even feel it on my chin.

 

The sensations come and go. Some days I don’t have them at all. Other days of high stress I feel them.

Today is particularly bad. I’m trying to convince myself it’s just neuropathy and I’m not dying but it’s scary and I have health anxiety.
