Hellopeanut and welcome to BenzoBuddies,

 

I'm glad you found our wesbsite!  I am making a leap here, but I assume you have tapered off or quit benzos.  Healing certainly has it's ups and downs as most of us here have experienced.  I've given you a link below to the Post-withdrawl Recovery Support boards intended for those who are now off benzos.  When you feel ready, you can start a thread:
