If you have food sensitivity,Please share what foods revves you up. I already learned in this group that gluten, supplements, sugar, caffeine, and MSG could not be good during w/d but I react to yogurt and vinegar,too. I know those are no problem for some buddies, so no need discussions about them on this thread. I'd appreciate it if you tell me other things here. Thank you in advance.

I'd be interested in this too, just started to notice sensitivity which is good I think, making progress!

 

I think I'm noticing gluten as you mentioned, and caffeine sends me over the edge. Apart from that I haven't noticed YET.

 

With ref to vinegar it's fermented so contains trace amounts of alcohol, so I would be careful with anything fermented. Hopefully someone a bit further into recovery will be able to share some more

I learned the hard way with raw natural honey one morning.  On another occasion I had a stomach ache and thought fresh mint in hot water would help.  On both occasions it rev'd me up.  It was so bizarre, but both have a significant impact on me.

I was revved up by eating a single banana.

 

Fruit gets me too. It turns straight to sugar in the body and feels the same as eating a chocolate bar for me haha. Crazy. I'm gonna try low carb diet.

Thank you everybody. If you have sensitivity with oil but have a tolerate one,Please share what oil you are ok with.
