Nerve pain in stomach?

Hello. It’s been a little over 6 months since my last klonopin. I have had back issues for a while, along with a possibly herniated disc. Anyway, I pulled or did something to a back muscle almost a week ago, with what feels like nerve pain, burning with pins and needles, going from my back, around my ribs and into the upper abdomen. I’m just wondering if anyone has ever experienced anything like this and if withdrawal could be making the nerve pain worse? It’s not constant, just comes and goes and while it feels like it’s slowly improving, that burning in my stomach is still popping up randomly
