I have often been thinking the past months when I tapered Valium that it often felt like I was on withdrawal without even taking a drug. By that I mean that it felt like I had been taken an illegal drug yesterday and experienced withdrawal the day after. I feel so stupid now, because I HAD been taken a drug - Valium. I was withdrawal from Valium every single day. And now when I’m 3 months off I still feel withdrawal.

 

 

So I’m in withdrawal every day and have been for years. When did it get better for you after you jumped?
