Please Help!!!!!!!!!!

I've been on klon for 21 yrs.  Stuck at 3.75 mg a week.  Very sweaty, anxious.  When do you know to cut.  If I could just get to .5, I would be thrilled.  It's my next cut.  Am i being impetuous!!!!!!!  My goal is to be completely off.  This is going to take yrs....

Dr. Ashton recommends cutting no more than 5-10% every week or 10 days. Why don't you pick the most conservative number and cut 5% every week? When I was dry-cutting, that's what I did with my valium taper and it worked out pretty well.
