Anyone had it? Because I feel like I might be in it. I'm experiencing bad waves like when I first came off...I hadn't had them since then...but here I am, fully going through it.

What are your symptoms in the wave you are in now?  I am still having windows and waves, though they are getting milder, and I am 22 1/2 months out.

I basically returned to the wave intensity of acute. It waxes and wanes, but I have been feeling very off for a week and a half at this point. Getting through work is hard and requires effort...where as a month ago I was doing fine. My waves were very manageable. Now I'm back to having blood sugar problems with were a thing of the past. Im not sure what I did wrong...or if this is a final wave
