Can Benzo withdrawal cause this?  This started in tolerance withdrawal a few years ago but it’s much worse now. My bedtime gets later and until it’s flipped to where I’m asleep all day and up all night and then eventually is the opposite. It’s hard to live like this with all the other symptoms. Does anyone have this from withdrawal?

Yup, I went very nocturnal.. Not just sleep, but symptoms were tuned to sun set and rise.. To the minute..!!

I just rolled with it as it waxed and waned through various tapers.. Dont think there was much choice in my case..
