Bad wave should I stay at home.

Want bit of advice. Having bad wave, my symptoms mental intrusive thoughts, have problems when I go past people outside. Do try make myself go out. But is it best to stay home until wave subsides not sure what best thing to do. My symptoms consistently bad  just sometimes lot worse such as they are at the moment. Haven't had any Windows yet at 19 months off.

It's good to get out for a walk and some fresh air, but can totally understand where you're coming from. Maybe there is somewhere quiet you could take a walk? I do find it helps to clear my head. I'm lucky there's a few places around me, I just put my headphones in, look at the ground and walk walk walk. My favorite time is when it's raining cos I'm the only idiot that's out
